If you are looking for a place to have a special party or event, then The Barn at Providence Forge is the place for you! Whether it’s an intimate reception, bridal shower, baby shower, or a birthday party, The Barn at Providence Forge can accommodate your next function: rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, fundraising events, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, family and school reunions, and all types of parties. Maximum capacity is 100 people though our venue favors a more intimate setting, which makes it the perfect choice for small gatherings to medium crowds; it does not have that big ballroom atmosphere.

Booking Events
Here at The Barn at Providence Forge, we consistently book reservations no less than 6 months in advance and address requests strictly in the order in which they are received. Please look at our online calendar to see what is available and to submit your request for available dates for your event. Sometimes it may appear as though the date is available on the public view, but it may be reserved internally and will reflect available until both contract and deposit have been received. Because of our competitive pricing, our dates go very quickly, so be sure to submit your contract and payment early to reserve your desired date. WE DO NOT HOLD DATES. Your date is not officially reserved until all associated documents and fees have been received.
Once your date is confirmed, you must submit your executed contract, security deposit, and Certificate of Liability Insurance together to officially reserve the date in your name. The Certificate of Insurance is required and without it, the Association reserves the right to cancel your event. This required Certificate can be obtained by contacting your Insurance Agent and requesting a Certificate of Insurance naming Providence Forge for the date of your special event. Most often, you already have the coverage needed under your Home Owner’s policy, but in the event that you have to purchase the Special Event insurance, the cost is generally ~$100.00 and is available by contacting an Insurance Agent of your choice. More details on this will be included with your contract.

The Barn at Providence Forge is located at 217 Providence Forge Road, Royersford, PA 19468. We are a Homeowners’ Association consisting of 200 homes which has graciously extended the use of our beautiful Barn to the surrounding community to host their special events at a reasonable rate while making memories that last a lifetime. We expect that all Barn Renters and their guests be respectful and considerate at all times while on our property, as we would be at your home.
Renters and their guests must park only in areas designated for Barn parking. Unauthorized vehicles parked in residential parking will be towed out of respect for our neighboring home owners. Guests who do not adhere to the Rules & Regulations of Providence Forge Association may told by Council Presidents to exit or be removed from the premises. Residents have been instructed to call Upper Providence Police Department at the onset of any such disruption.
