The Barn is available for rent on a first-come, first-serve basis with a security deposit and signed contract required to officially reserve your desired date. If the calendar below shows “busy,” the Barn has been officially reserved for that date and it is no longer available for rental; do not submit a request for a “busy” date, as it wastes both of our valuable time and will be rejected. Sometimes it may appear as though the date you are interested in is available on the public view, but it may be reserved internally and will reflect as available until the prospective renter’s contract and deposit have been received.
Please submit your reservation documents and deposit in immediately following receipt of your contract, as we will not hold dates without payment. Do not delay, as dates book very quickly!

Reservation Request
Submit your reservation request using the following form. The form allows for requests of up to two dates in order of preference. Only submit your request one time. Multiple submissions will be rejected; they do not increase your chances of securing your desired date.
Be assured that reservation requests are firmly handled on a first-come, first-serve basis in the order in which hey are received. Reservations are not official until signed contract and deposit are received. Please allow on average 72 hours for our response (longer during holidays and weekends), as we operate on a volunteer basis and email may not be checked everyday. Again, only submit your request one time. Multiple submissions will automatically be rejected.
