The Providence Forge Council has approved the following fee structure for all prospects who wish to rent the Barn. This includes residents who do not own property within our community.
Security deposit from all renters to officially reserve rental date remains at $100.00. Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all rentals.
All Rentals include set up time two hours prior to your actual event, as well as clean up period two hours immediately following your event.

Non-Resident/Tenant or Non-Profit $25.00/hour
Per Day Rates available upon request
Weeknight 5:00pm-12:00am
Non-Resident/Tenant $35.00/hour
Non-Profit $25.00/hour
Weekend Rates
Non-Resident/Tenant $250.00/day
12 hour max, includes setup and cleanup
Non-Profit $175.00/day
12 hour max, includes setup and cleanup
Must provide proof of 501(c)3
Group Rental $400.00/event
Business or Corporation $450.00/event
Weddings $750.00/event
(allows for extended set up and clean up)
We offer a discounted rate per guest for use of our pool in conjunction with the rental of the Barn. AV/Equipment Usage is now included with rental fee.
A cleaning fee may be withheld from Renter’s security deposit, if deemed necessary based on post-event inspection.
