The Providence Forge Council has approved the following fee structure for all prospects who wish to rent the Barn. This includes residents who do not own property within our community.
Security deposit from all renters to officially reserve rental date remains at $100.00, however this is not refundable; it is applied to your rental fee balance. Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all rentals.
Venue must be left in the condition in which it was rented to you. All Rentals include set up time two hours prior to your actual event, as well as clean up period two hours immediately following your event. A cleaning fee may be charged to Renter if deemed necessary based on post-event inspection. If left unpaid, Renter’s ability to rent with us in future is permanently revoked.
Daily Rental fees:
Resident/tenant: $250
Non-resident/business/nonprofit- $450
Pool fees:
$100 (up to 20 ppl)
$150 (up to 30ppl)
$200 (up to 40 ppl)
We will not host weddings regardless of size. Our venue is for gatherings only. No exceptions.
Rental Rates subject to change without notice. We have the right to cancel suspect reservations.
