Happy New Year! As mentioned in our Budget Notice in December, our Reserve Study dictates that the remaining sewer lines and our entire road structure must be completed in 2020. The remaining roof replacements must also be addressed. More information will be forthcoming once quotes are finalized. We are currently researching financing options. As always, we want to ensure everyone is well informed. Therefore, the Council has scheduled a Special Meeting with the owners of the community for Monday, January 13th from 7:00-8:00pm which will be held at the Barn. We will go over the details of the current projects and would like to include you in the discussion of funding options for these projects and those forecasted to be completed within the next 5 years.
