As a spin off to the #RofoZooHunt posted on social media, one of our favorite residents suggested we host our very own #PFZooHunt. This is a great way to lift spirits, engage kids of all ages and encourage involvement of all residents of our community while complying with our Governor’s guidance to #stayathome and maintain social distance.
While Zoos are closed, this is a nice alternative to get much-needed fresh air and see how many stuffed animals you can find. You may even find real ones in our windows, too!
All that residents need to participate is your favorite stuffed animal! Place your favorite zoo animal(s) with a#PFZooHunt sign in your window visible to residents walking by. Print your own #PFZooHunt sign by clicking this link: #PFZooHunt Flyer
Thursday, March 26th, is supposed to be sunny with a high temp of 58 degrees. Perfect #PFZooHunt weather! Kids of all ages are encouraged to walk around with members of their household to “hunt” for zoo animals throughout our development! Be sure to maintain 6′ distance from those not in your household to eliminate the spread of germs and cross contamination. Snap pics of the animals you find and post them to our #PFZooHunt post on our Providence Forge Association Facebook page!
We hope to have a lot of participation. Let’s make this a fun and safe activity for our kids while they are stuck at home!
Be well, neighbors!
