The Providence Forge Swim Club season has definitely been impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic. While there are several restrictions in place for the safety of our residents due to COVID-19 mandates from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we have decided to open our pool to residents only; no guests will be allowed at this time.* Hours this weekend will be 12p-6p; Daily hours may increase through our trial period.
Alan and Cindy have gone to great lengths to get us to this point. COVID-19 presents a HUGE liability to the Association and its unit owners. While most Condo Communities in Montgomery County remain closed, we trust that our residents will respect and abide by the restrictions set forth for our safety and compliance with the CDC and Department of Health. All adults will be required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver each day they enter the pool. Anyone who puts us in jeopardy will have their family’s pool passes revoked without warning for the remainder of the pool season.
All residents who enter the pool must have a valid pool pass and a face mask – NO EXCEPTIONS. Temperatures will be taken before entering and anyone who has a temperature will be turned away for the day. Masks will be available for purchase ($2/mask) at the Check-In table.
For those who have registered successfully for pool privileges, you may pick up your pool passes during regular pool hours beginning Saturday, July 4th, at 12 pm. Adults will be required to sign for their passes by visiting the Lifeguard station with a valid license or photo I.D. Passes will not be released to any child under the age of 16 years.
Due to Department of Health and OSHA Regulations, insurance restrictions and legal climate, we require all residents to present valid pool passes for admission to the pool. Children under the age of 12 years MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times. No pass, no entry. No exception.
IF YOU HAVE NOT YET REGISTERED FOR POOL PASSES, CLICK HERE: PFSC Online Pool Pass Registration Details Passes will be available within 48-72 hours. Sorry, but passes will not be processed on weekends. A Late Fee ($5/pass) will be due upon pickup.
*The Council will be re-evaluating the admission of guest pass holders and daily guests on a weekly basis. All checks that have been received are being held until which time we allow guests into the pool. An announcement will be made when guests are allowed, so please do not bother our Lifeguards as they will not know any sooner than you do.
Common fees and all associated fees due to the Association must be paid in full for residents to receive pool passes. Members must remain in good standing with all associated PF Fees and Rules & Regulations throughout the entire season, otherwise pool privileges will be revoked.
If you have any questions regarding the pool or 2020 pool pass registration or our COVID-19 safety practices, please do not hesitate to email the Office at [email protected].
Cheers to another safe, fun-filled pool season! We look forward to seeing you poolside!
