When a unit sells (or the deed is transferred) in Providence Forge, a one-time Capital Contribution fee is collected by the Association. These funds are used for Capital Improvements within the community.
Effective January 1, 2017, all new owners will incur a one-time Capital Contribution fee of $1650, which is most often collected by the Title/Abstract company at the time of settlement. However, when a deed is privately transferred, this amount is payable directly to the Association by the new owner upon completion of the transfer.
If you have any questions regarding this Capital Contribution fee, please do not hesitate to call the Office. And please remember, Providence Forge Association can be your biggest asset in selling your unit; the more you share with us, the better we can prepare you and your Realtor for what is required to ensure a successful, smooth sale.
