With Spring officially upon us, this announcement shall serve as a brief reminder of our Rules and Regulations with regard to our Common Elements and will be fully enforced beginning April 1, 2019. Providence Forge Association is a condominium community that is known for its spacious patios and surrounding landscape with Common grounds all around us. Bear in mind though that it is a Condominium Community; as such, the Association owns the entire exterior, and the resident owns or rents from the wall boards in. Having said this, the Association encourages people to maximize their use of the outdoors, and as a courtesy to our residents, will allow certain outdoor items to grace the patios and entryways during certain times of the year.
More detailed information is available in the Providence Forge Association Handbook or by visiting the Rules and Regulations section on the website. Should you have any questions as to whether or not an item is allowed, please take the time to contact our Office at 610.948.6714, to seek clarification, rather than create a potential issue.
The following items are allowed on patios and/or entryways:
Patio furniture sets and umbrellas, preferably with frames that are black or dark brown in color in good condition, free from tears, rips, stains or damage.
Door mats in good condition, free from dirt, tears, rips or damage.
Planters/flower pots and hanging planters must contain live plants. Any planters that contain weeds are in violation of the Association rules.
Grills, in good condition, free from dirt, rust, stains or damage.
Bicycles may be stored neatly on patio near sliders from the first day of Spring until the last day of Fall. *Bicycles shall not be left on the Common Elements at any time.*
Garden hoses must be neatly stored near wall spigot and without drips or leaks. Unit Owners are responsible for repair and/or replacement of outside spigot and hose.
The following items are not allowed to be stored on patios, entryways, behind bushes or on any other part of Common Elements:
Scooters, toys, rain umbrellas, shovels, coolers, empty planters/flower pots or any other items, which is at the discretion of the Council deemed as distasteful or in violation of the Rules and Regulations.
Planters, flower pots or hanging planters that are empty or contain weeds or dead plants.
Pools of any kind are prohibited. There is a beautiful, fully functioning salt water pool that is well maintained and supervised during the hours of 12-8pm daily, May through September, weather permitting.
The list of what is permitted versus what is not permitted outside of our units is at the discretion of the Council and may be modified and/or updated at any time without notice. Failure to obey Providence Forge Rules and Regulations may result in successive fines of $50.00 per violation, and if left unpaid and uncorrected, may result in being sent to District Court.
Thank you all for your consideration and cooperation in keeping our condominiums Providence Forge Association a clean, well maintained units within our community.
